It was a both an honor and pleasure to know the JCI Fukuoka member then in 2018 during my office as the Junior Chambers International (JCI) Executive Vice President in charge of Asia and the pacific.

When I first knew her, she was quite timid although she told me she had improved much since 2012 when she first joined JCI. However, I have the opportunity to see her grow into a much stronger personality in 2019 when she was serving as one of my global team of personal assistants during my office as the JCI World President.
I am glad that JCI can provide her and many others to learn to become a better personality.

During my tenure in 2019, one of the goals in my Plan of action is Gender Empathy instead of Gender Equality realizing that if the goal is Gender Equality, therefore the goal can never be achieved because there will always be superiority of either Gender.
Therefore, if the solution is to achieve Gender Empathy, therefore the solution is simply just encouraging each gender to empathized with each gender instead of the never ending equalizing of the Genders’ rights and responsibility. This said, I am happy that Haruka embraced this theory and now making the Gender Empathy theory worked. I hope that she will be truly successful in her future endeavours.

2018年に私が、国際青年会議所（JCI）のアジア太平洋担当副会頭を務めていた時に、JCI福岡メンバーである彼女に出会えた事は、大変光栄であり嬉しいことでした。

彼女はJCでこれまでにたくさん成長してきたことを私に話してくれましたが、まだまだ臆病でした。しかし2019年に私がJCI世界会頭となった時、彼女は私の秘書として目覚ましい成長をみせてくれました。

その時の私の目標は、「男女平等」ではなく「ジェンダー共感」でした。
「男女平等」を目指す場合、男女どちらにも常に優位性があるため、解決策は男女それぞれの権利と責任、終わりのない平等化となり、目標を達成することはできません。しかし、「ジェンダー共感」を目標とした場合、単に男女がお互いに支え合うことで目標は達成できます。
春香がこの理論を理解し、「ジェンダー共感理論」をもとにオンラインサロンをオープンしたことをとても嬉しく思います。 彼女がこれから努力して、本当に成功することを願っています。
